Pattern
Restructuring

You handled one situation. The same thing happened again — different context, different relationship, different pressure.

The response is not in any of those situations. It travels through all of them.

When a familiar reaction keeps showing up across different parts of your life, the work addresses what those situations share.

The situations

Three situations. Each feels entirely distinct in its external details.

The person involved, the stakes, the context — all vary. What does not vary is the internal response. The situations change. The response does not.

The response

Each situation creates the same internal reaction.

Addressing one situation addresses one occurrence of what keeps repeating. The same response is waiting in the next one.

The response does not belong to any one situation. The same response shows up through all of them.

Different situations. The same response.

Situation A under pressure Situation B in a relationship Situation C at a decision Recurring Response core expectation Response same across contexts strengthens expectation work reaches the shared response

The shared response across situations is where the work begins

The situations may look different from the outside. Pressure. A relationship. A decision. A moment where something is expected from you.

But internally, they create the same response. They trigger the same expectation each time. The same pressure point gets touched.

That is why resolving one situation does not stop the next one.

The work identifies what those situations have in common.

  • The same reaction no longer shows up automatically across different situations.
  • Decisions made under pressure hold — without having to push past a familiar internal reaction.
  • When one situation resolves, the recurring dynamic does not simply reappear in the next one.

A recurring response that remains unaddressed spreads further over time. Each situation where the same reaction appears expands the range of circumstances that set it off. New relationships, new decisions, new environments get pulled in.

The assessment session identifies the recurring response and how widely it spreads across the client's life. The scope of work follows directly from what the assessment finds.

Once the assessment is complete, timing of the first hypnotherapy session is confirmed and the work begins.

The container opens with a fixed three-week cadence: assessment in week one, first hypnotherapy session in week two, second hypnotherapy session in week three. From week four, hypnotherapy sessions continue biweekly through the main phase of work. Integration sessions run between each hypnotherapy session, supporting the work as it consolidates.

Sessions Assessment + 6 hypnotherapy
+ 4 integration
Duration 2.5 — 4 months

Reassessment closes the container — determining whether the work is complete, whether further work is indicated, or whether the client is ready to integrate independently.

This work is appropriate for high-functioning individuals with the capacity to engage emotionally demanding work with stability. It is not appropriate during active clinical crisis, with untreated severe psychiatric conditions, or without prior stabilization of active addiction.

The consultation identifies the recurring response affecting your situation and establishes the direction of the work.
